Description Of Property

This unit is our second home and offered as a rental throughout the year while we are away. So this condo has a homey feel with family pictures on the wall and not a sterile rental unit. It has great views of the ocean. You can wake each morning to dolphins playing in the surf. We also have mementos from our travels. If you are looking for a place with personality this is the place for you. Its a high-rise condo but we like it not only because of the view, but to the left of our building are private homes only so the beach is not that crowded even in the Summer.

Every Thursday evening during the Summer is a free concert on Main Street, 7:00 -9:00 pm. Take the folding chairs and set them up early, (it is safe to leave them and return later). All ages invited and loads of fun.

My favorite happy hour is at Boardwalk Billy’s on the intercoastal waterway. Not walkable, but not far by car. 1407 13th Ave N., North Myrtle Beach, SC. This is the place to get peel and eat shrimp. The best around!

Also, Irish Pubs are in both directions from the condo, Molly Darcey’s on Ocean Blvd., and Flynn’s on Main Street. I personally like Flynn’s, because they offer live music and the food is good, as is the crowd. Molly Darcey’s has pool tables and is more family style. But remember, bars, are a dime a dozen, everywhere so you may find a new favorite.

If you google North Myrtle Beach, there are loads of activities to do there. For example, I like Alabama Theater, and House of Blues but Barefoot Landing is nice too. If you want to further explore, head to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk area. It is slightly more “famous”! Overall, Broadway at the Beach is a great place with something for every taste and any activity one could want.

Great location! If you want the beach without being right in the middle of hustle and bustle, this is your spot. Plenty of people and beach fun, just not overly crowded. Within minutes of O.D., Hwy 17, & Barefoot Landing. Short dive to Calabash and Myrtle. The condo was spacious, elevated to just the right height for enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. Very spacious porch which is open to the bedroom and living space. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen. My trip was too short; we wish we could’ve stayed longer.


The accommodations are great. The kitchen is well-stocked, as we had all of our meals at the condo. There were special coffees and Peter even checked on us while we were there. The beach is literally steps away. We will be back.


Where do we (Website hidden by Airbnb) was home to us for a week. We absolutely loved this condo and will definitely be renting again soon!!! If you have to have the best of the best in fixtures, a luxurious ten million dollar condo then this is definitely not for you…this is a home away from home condo!!! EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND COMFY…JUST LIKE HOME. The kitchen was spacious and clean. I always clean the dishes/utensils/pots/pans I use anyway, but everything was clean. The microwave and stove worked very well. The refrigerator was awesome, kept everything ice cold. (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY ICE, THE ICE MAKER MAKES PLENTY! AND IT TASTES VERY GOOD!!! I’m very picky so if I like it, so will you!). The condo was equipped with a Keurig and lots of different coffees, but I brought my own. The stackable washer and dryer was new and a little tricky at first, I’ve not used a stackable before (do not put it on extra rinse) but after I got used to it, the washer and the dryer worked great!!! The condo was spacious and clean, like I said. The master bedroom was spacious and the en-suite was nice. What I loved more was being able to lay in bed and watch the waves roll in. I kept the door open on out last night which was amazing to fall asleep to. The master bed was clean and comfy. It is a king bed which was really nice. It was as big as our bed at home. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths, blankets, pillows and bedding and the a/c was cold and never give us the least bit of trouble!The elevator worked great! The staff that worked there was VERY NICE!!! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the first night we arrived, we were exhausted (our trip was 11 hours) we arrived late Friday evening and had a few questions. I text Peter and/or Greg and both got back to me very quick. Never did they leave us hanging. All in (Website hidden by Airbnb) was a totally amazing week because of the condo being so perfectly comfy and convenient. Oh and let’s not forget about the location was perfect and the view was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK VERY SOON!!!
